What is the procedure for returning merchandise?

Lebo’s Shoe and Western Wear Return Policy

Custom-made or custom-designed merchandise and ONLINE ONLY Products are not returnable.  All other merchandise, provided that it is not worn, used or damaged (other than in transit) and returned with any original packaging, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable.

If outside of the 30 days, you will be given a store credit to use at another time of purchase. (please call for any returns outside of 30 days)

No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.

2) Ship return in a safe container. If returning a pair of shoes do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or and address label to this box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

3) Write invoice number on the outside of the shipping container.

4) Include a copy of the invoice with the reason for the return.

5) Returns will be processed within 2-5 days upon receipt.

6) Ship return to:  Lebos Inc. Attention Returns, 2321 Crown Centre Dr, Charlotte, NC 28227 or return in person to one of our retail locations.

 

**For items wanting to exchange; please note on your invoice the item(s) that you want to exchange. The postage back to the office is your responsibility but, if over $99 we will pay the shipping back to you. 

 

You should insure your merchandise for its full value when returning it to us. We advise returning your merchandise by the US Postal Service with a return receipt or by UPS so that you can track your package. Please keep your record of shipment until you have received your refund.

Lebo’s Dancewear and Costume Return Policy

 

NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ON COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES, HEADPIECES, HATS, CUT FABRIC, TRIMS, SPECIAL ORDERS, RECORDS, CASSETTES, CD’S, DVD’S or VIDEO TAPES.*

 

ALL OTHER RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL OR COPY OF INVOICE, REASON FOR RETURN AND APPROPRIATE RETURN POSTAGE AND ANY FEES OR UP CHARGES INCURRED BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR CREDIT CARD. 


EXCHANGES for size must be made within two weeks of shipment. Instructions must be included in the package before exchange can be made. A fee of $5.00 per costume will be charged on all exchanges plus appropriate shipping charges per item as above. Please allow 8 weeks for exchanges. If possible, we will do better.

 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES must be made within 10 days of order. Cancellations or changes may delay your order. There is a $5.00 per costume cancellation or exchange fee after 10 days.  NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM ORDER/CONFIRMATION DATE
