We can not guarantee delivery for shipping!

Priority Mail Is not Guaranteed Mail its just the name of their general services

 

On in-stock items please allow 1-5 business days to process and ship your purchase.

On “Online only” and out of stock items please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Please note: Online orders received after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the next business day. Orders not processed on holidays.

If you need it quicker make a note on the instructions during checkout.

Overnight and express shipping are available options during checkout.

We ship via USPS, FEDEX, and UPS.

We ship from Charlotte, NC.

UPS and FEDEX require a physical address and will not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Unfortunately, once items leave our warehouse, transportation and delivery is out of our control. Weather and unforeseen circumstances could always affect delivery through USPS or other carriers. Please be sure to order early and call us if you have any concerns or questions.

Free in-store pickup

Choose any of our 8 store locations at checkout. The store will call you when item(s) are ready for pickup. Items could take up to a week to be ready for pickup. Please call Customer Service at 800-283-0127 with any questions. 

 

Lebo's reserves the right not to ship orders where the items or prices are listed incorrectly due to typos or computer errors.

 

 

Clearance Item Packaging

Please note that some clearance items may be shipped without a box or without a cover on the box. This does not mean the shoe has been worn or used, it is simply the way we identify clearance items. In stores, some clearance items will not have a box lid.
