What is the procedure for returning merchandise?

Custom-made or custom-designed merchandise is not returnable.  All other merchandise, provided that it is not worn, used or damaged (other than in transit) and returned with any original packaging, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.  The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable.

Please contact us so that we may provide you with a return authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise. Next e-mail your .  The RA number should be written on the outside of the package and included on the inside with the merchandise.

You should insure your merchandise for its full value when returning it to us. We advise returning your merchandise by the US Postal Service with a return receipt or by UPS so that you can track your package. Please keep your record of shipment until you have received your refund.
