passion for outstanding customer service to each and every customer, cares about Lebo's product, adapts to
change and new information efficiently continues to educate themselves on ways to improve their product,
sales, and customer service skills.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
As an assistant manager, you will join the Lebo's family, report directly to the Store Manager and be
responsible for Providing Excellent Customer Service: Proactively greeting and engaging customers warmly and
with a smile.
Supporting the store to exceed its customer service goals, using Lebo's Customer Service Standards. Handling
each customer in a professional and friendly matter. Thanking each customer following a purchase.
Demonstrating Initiative
Offering customer assistance proactively and without prompt. Using suggestive selling techniques with all
customers. Having a firm knowledge of product assortment.
Continuing Education: Using the tools Lebo's provides to further your product knowledge and sales ability. Using
computer based point-of-sale technology to look up merchandise and complete in-store orders for customers. Using
the Lebo's website to direct customers to shop our products at their convenience.
Result Driven
Meeting and exceeding personal sales per hour goals. Increasing units sold per transaction by using suggestive
selling techniques. Identifying and reducing store shrinkage. Working professionally and courteously with
customers, managers, and coworkers to complete directed tasks. Maintaining Lebo's professional dress code
standards. Maintaining store appearance by utilizing Lebo's Merchandising Standards Guidelines. Ensures new
stock is unpacked and displayed in a timely manner, without obstructing a customersí access to the area.
Ensuring timely set-up of signage and displays for promotional events. Follows all written procedures and
policies for markdowns, transfers, department resets, and inventory management. Complying with all store
policies, including (but not limited to) attendance and tardiness. Accepting additional tasks and
responsibilities as requested by the management team.
Position Requirements
Must be able to work a flexible schedule involving weekends and evenings. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to use computer, standard telephone and other related business equipment.
Physical Requirements
Hand manipulation to add and remove sensor tags, hang apparel, measure feet, and put shoes onto customersí feet.
Ability to use computer keyboard. Ability to push or pull 25-100 pounds, utilizing hand trucks and moving carts.
Reaching above and below shoulder level and lifting 25-50 pound boxes. Ability to use step-stools to retrieve
product or rework displays.
